Step-by-Step Guide
For Photo
- Get a passport-style photo with white background
- Ensure face covers 80% of the frame

For Signature
- Sign on white paper with black ball pen
- Scan or photograph clearly

Common Mistakes
- Wrong dimensions: Must be exactly 200x230 for photo
- File too large: Over 50KB will be rejected
